SPIRITUAL DIRECTION If you have a problem, difficulty, something you are trying to come to grips with, this may be a way of helping you find a way through. The person who guides you (usually called a 'Spiritual Director') does not have the answers, nor give solutions or talks about themselves. But the Director does listen quietly, asks open, sometimes probing questions and tries to help you see your circumstance from a different view. The end result (hopefully) is that you have a greater sense of integration in your life.

A Sacred Space This site has been created by the Jesuits to help you pray. S. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Jesuits, is one of the great Spiritual Guides of the Christian Tradition.
